Zelkyr

Born in a small village under the mountains, Luk'yan has given body, mind, and soul to one purpose: to earn his place in the Order of Zorya as a Knight-Paladin and serve the people of Kyliya. He had been taught young what was right, what was wrong, and where he belonged: by the Seers, walking in holy light, standing firm between folk and evil. Still finding himself not worthy yet to be initiated, he meets a Seer of the Order, who arrives into his village – mighty, benevolent, poised, beautiful – a pinnacle of the Order's guidance. Luk'yan's heart goes from him all at once. The man was everything he had ever allowed himself to want... Wasn't he?
